I’m Floren Matias, founder of The Matias Remedy. My path started in medicine and eventually led me into leadership development, NGOs, and event curation. Each step taught me something different, but they all reinforced one belief: when the right ideas reach the right audience, real change happens.

The Matias Remedy was built around that belief. My focus is helping healthcare organizations bring in speakers who don’t just educate, but make people think differently and take action.
